New name
Hi everybody, as you might know I was asked to change project's name and logo. KFilebox is the new name for this project and you can see also the new logo in this website.

The next steps will be the creation of new application icons for all the states (up to date, updating, etc.) and continue with some changes on this site.
Thanks for all your supporting messages.
Stopping the development of "this"It has been a difficult decision but finally I'm going to stop the development of "this". The reasons are the following: I received an email telling me to stop using kdropbox as a name and their logo. Despite I think I don't use exactly their name and the logo you could see in this website was downloaded from wikimedia and then edited by me, is not my intention to enter into a stupid war. Additionally I tried time ago to obtain some help from them through their forum and the response was usefulness for me. I planned to ask how to do some things in order to include some features of the official client but after this email it makes no sense to do any work for them for free. So I've decided to do a final version with all the changes required: a new logo and a new name and maybe some new features (I'm not sure) Sadly I have to spend some time changing the web. I want to say some things before ending this post:
For all these reasons, a cold email saying to stop using kdropbox as a name and their logo is to much for my patience. This site will be changed during the following weeks and finally all traffic will be redirected to another one with the new name. I'm happy for the support of the community, all of you who reported bugs, asked for new features and helped with the translations. You are the spirit of the open source. Thanks! Kdropbox 0.4.1Kdropbox 0.4.1 fixes some bugs and includes three new translations. Continuing with KDE integration, use of QSettings class has been changed to KConfig. Moreover, the behavior of clicking on system tray icon is different now and is equivalent to standard DE applications: the first click opens the file browser and the second one closes it. This caused to implement some DBus calls in Kdropbox.

Kdropbox 0.4.0Kdropbox 0.4.0 includes system notifications and auto-start of application and daemon when the desktop environment is loaded. Both features can be configured in the preferences window. In addition there are six new translations (see changelog) This version is better integrated with KDE, with many internal changes; some QT include libraries have been changed to the KDE SDK corresponding ones. In example, and as a result of this, system tray icon tool types have a better look. Translation system has been moved also to Gettex standard. Due to all these changes, Kdropbox requires KDE 4.4 at least. Note: translators are needed to localize Kdropbox to as many languages as possible. If you want to help add a comment here.
